They have the skill to identify things that the lay man may not notice. To be on the safe side, the buyer has to hire an expert with the necessary skills to check the house. The fireplace also has to undergo inspection. If not properly installed, fireplaces can be hazardous. The inspector has to check the flue and vent to ensure that they are functioning as they should.

Dallas home inspections involve checking the insulation and the ventilation of a house. Proper ventilation means good air quality and vice versa. The attic and walls have to be well insulated. The insulation material should be properly installed for the house to pass the inspection process.
