No matter the season the Scottish Highlands always attract a lot of visitors on a annual basis to escape the city life and swap over to a breath taking sweeping event of colour and beauty which surrounds the highlands each season. Both castles are stunning ruins of a by gone age and take president in the hills overlooking the loch. Looking down from the castle you will be able see straight into the water and if legend has it you may be able to view ripple effects which could be the monster stirring.
The final stop of the loch is a place called Fort Augustus which is busy with the day cruises along the shores of the Loch packed with visitors all waiting to catch a glimpse of Nessie.
