Compare to other kids, you have grown playing games in the field. You have participated in all sports that you wanted to enter. And with the stroke of luck, you got medals and recognitions for every game that you have participated. However, injuries there are at risk. First of all it is needed to keep ones body healthy and as much as possible, fit. This is for the fact that fit athletes can move faster than those athletes which are not physically fit. If you are a girl player of the game soccer, you have to make sure your head is no going to hit the land or the ground. Or you will be injured and concussed. It is normal to be injured, but to be concussed, girl, that is going to heal after a long time. Contrary to boys, they easily heal their concussion than those girl players.

If you are up for the new challenges, then you have to participate in the so called cross training. This is done and practiced by many athletes. All because this helps them in increasing their speed, coordination, strength, and muscle balance. It also keeps them entertained before the game. And you are going to meet some new friends in this training too.

The problem faced by girl players is their period is regular. This is because of the lack of calories their body has. All because the athletes burn more calories faster. In this matter, you may need to see your doctor as soon as possible. Most especially if you not have your period even when you are fifteen already.

Getting a good night sleep and having the appropriate and needed rest after every practice is very significant. They will boost and regain the energy back. Which is why, the coaches are allowing the whole day rest to all their players. After all, giving them treats after a well done workouts and practices is deserved by them.

And while you are playing on field, you have to think of it as fun game. You have to be sports minded so that you will grow mentally healthy even through you sometimes lose. And if you have sprained your toe or somewhere, immediately call the digits of your sports medicine Maryland.
