Concealing Your Property From A Thief

Concealing Your Property From A Thief

by Tony I Huggens

Clearly, I stopped playing hide-and-seek while I was still small. But try telling that to the poor loser which just 2 days previously invested a good 20 minutes of his criminal career searching through my personal stuff, looking to find anything well worth taking. And the most awful thing for him was he got caught.

Honestly, I kind of felt sad for the petty thief, watching him on my covert camera video pulling out drawers, looking beneath furnishings, all the apparent hiding locations, however going away empty-handed. I was more pleased than sorry, though, since it proved exactly how amazing my own stash safes were.

These types of covert safes are the kind of thing that makes you look at and state, "Why did I not think of that?" These are simple yet clever.

They are basically storage containers masked as other things. Phony books with an empty core are a great example. Often, these kinds of secret safes double as other things, just like hairbrush safes do. They are hairbrushes but with hollow handles for storing valuables.

Many of these hiding safes are dispersed around my house, blending right in with their actual counterparts. I've had a 7-UP can safe with 500 dollars within it on a shelf in the kitchen alongside real cans of 7-UP. I need to try not to mistake it together with the real thing.

My very own Rolex hides in the Barbasol safe can up inside the medicine cabinet where no burglar can find it. When I often fail to remember that I place my watch inside there, even I can't find it.

I packed the most cash in the carburetor parts cleaner safe. I thought the last place several thief would nose around in would be my garage racks, brimming with greasy, grimy equipment and also canisters. I ensured the safe got its very own share of grease as well as grime. Who would desire to touch it?

I could conveniently get a wall safe for my own bedroom. Diversion safes are so less expensive and nearly impossible for many thieves to find, that makes them far more fun, also.
