This helps in accomplishing intended target. The process also helps in saving time. If one was to travel to each of shareholders to inform them it would have taken long time. All this is done for betterment of business and customers too.

It is normal for one to fail to appear during the agreed date. This also happens in business, where a business owner may plan to meet a certain individual to discuss important matters, if expected individuals never show up, the best way to go about this is by trying to find out why they never showed up during the agreed time. After that, then pass important issues that were talked about or what should have been talked about. This will help in satisfying the affected.

In case there are changes to what had been agreed previously, automated communications helps in notifying all the affected so that are able to adjust their schedule accordingly. This helps in avoiding inconveniences that may occur due to changes. When a meeting, to be held on a certain date is cancelled, informing the affected helps avoid travelling to agreed venue which might be expensive for them.

When goods that had been ordered by customers are delivered, it is a good to notify them in time. This is intended to avoid inconveniences that might arise if communication is not done early enough. If goods are not of standard required by the concerned, early communication enables one to claim back and get what he or she deserves. In other cases, the highly perishable goods are saved from rotting.

To achieve this, different business use different and varying procedures to help in reaching this point. Some tend to initially pay the entire amount to companies offering communication services after which are allowed to use the services for the rest of time. On the hand, some business may intend to pay for the services to company offering them as they make calls. The businesses make choices that are best for them and should help them in attaining the already set targets.
