Your body need some enough couple of time to heal, rebuild and recuperate. Simply overdoing things might only result to complicated issues and problems that are obviously not good for you.

Research the geography and rules of the race. Determine what should be consumed on or before the day. Also, find out the course and the names of organizers. Check some maps and familiarize yourself with the area. Believe it or not, doing this will prove useful to you someday.
