Conflict in the workplace is one very common thing to occur in the world of the working class. This can be an employee against another or against their employers. These are often civil cases that are under the jurisdiction of the Merit System Protection Board or MSPB.

It is difficult to go against the big boys especially when it comes to legal matters. And it makes little sense for the employee to question themselves and are more likely to give statements that may have limitations.

Matters concerning the employment of a citizen and the practices of companies towards their workers is serious. This compromises the quality of life for everyone in the working class. Without lawyers that focus on MSPB cases, malpracticing employers and workers with gross work ethic will continue to exist in a society that thrives on the system they are destroying.
