One needs to develop a perspective that will help differentiate between serious candidates and not-so-serious ones at an interview for job aspirants who aspire for a fast food job. For instance, the interviewer may ask whether the candidate knows the locations of a hotel for which he or she is the owner. Has any of your suggestions been implemented in the fast food field? You realize how important this question is. Here you can see those job seekers who have true talent. It is rare to find such people who are interested enough to make suggestions for improving the service. Did you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with your teachers, friends or superiors? Here again you may not get the true answer. There would have been many instance where the worker found himself or herself in contradiction with their colleagues but having worked for many years, they will pick out one situation that shows them in a flattering light.

Are you familiar with our hotel chain? Dedicated job seekers will have researched and dug up all the information about the company. If they do not have the information, they cannot be serious about their candidacy.

What is your inspiration for seeking employment with us? You can expect the majority of the candidates to give you the answer as money but in some instances you could get answers like I like working or I like restaurant work more than other jobs. You can judge the behavioral pattern from the way the candidate answers this question.

Is there anything special about you for us to choose you? Be prepared to hear all the wonderful qualities of the job aspirant including experiences and inspirations. Some of the brighter job applicants will have some new kind of answers too.

How much remuneration do you expect? You have to ask this question and you know that what the candidate says will not influence you in the matter of paying his or her salary. Some candidates will come up with astonishing figures too. This answer must be taken with a pinch of salt since there are some candidates who have no idea how much the salary of the fast food worker might be.

Do your parent approve of you taking up such work? You will find people who have no option other than to work. Those who do it for their pocket money may not have the same degree of commitment. Some job applicants are attached to food-related work.
