1 - Info versus. Sensational Stories
As a professional self-protection instructor, I am content to have so many ladies working out with us. In our orientation classes, I am going through some quick tools and give basic information which always counters the what girls have been told. Seek the facts about your personal safety through data. How frequently have you had to ask about the security of an area you're traveling to or when considering a move? Just asking around can give you an understanding of what is happening, but it's far better to understand what has happened.
