Women in particular spend a lot of money on hair products that are supposed to give good growth. It may come as a surprise to many people but for great, pretty, hair you need to eat the right foods first. For easy hair care people should be eating the right food to get a good supply of the correct nutrients. In fact there are some perfectly good foods you should consider eating for that right head of wonderful hair. If these foods are taken, they automatically feed the body with valuable nutrients that support the growth of healthy hair.

For good nutrient supply to your hair it has long been known that whole grains are a very useful supply source. Oats and brown rice are both good suppliers of Vitamin B. Brittle and alopecia hair can be assisted by the biotin nutrient in Vitamin B. The biotin nutrient found in Vitamin B can greatly assist alopecia and brittle hair. Furthermore, healthy whole grains like raw oats are known as a good source of silica. Hair breakage is prevented by silica and thence the strength of your hair is improved.

Including whole grains in your weekly food intake will always give you strong and healthy hair. You can enhance your natural beautiful hair by having more proteins in your diet. Therefore, nuts are an excellent source of protein and zinc which play a prominent role in promoting slinky and strong hair.

Walnuts help with the growth of lovely looking hair as they are a source of omega-3 fatty acids and biotin. To help prevent hair loss eat brazil nuts as they contain selenium which can help prevent it. For better and stronger hair nuts are recommended because of the high calorie content. Try adding to your diet flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Well nourished hair can be got because of the omega-3 oil in flax, the biotin in sunflower seeds and the zinc from pumpkin seed. Adding Quinoa to your diet is a great way to get proteins into your body.

For people who are longing to have strong, shiny and pretty hair, should consider adding oily fish such as trout, sardines and even salmon to their diet regularly. For beautiful hair and skin fish oil is great as it is packed with omega-3 fatty acids.Getting vitamin C from lemons added to the fish is also a great idea. Oysters and shellfish are remarkably vital sources of hair nutrients. Though the food type is not on a regular basis, people are advised to be taking them once in a while for a better healthy skin and hair. All the good nutrients are present such as proteins, iron, selenium, vitamins B12 and zinc. It is recommended that you add Vitamin B12 to your intake for great hair growth. Consider adding avocado, eggs and yogurt to your food intake. For great healthy, beautiful hair which is also strong these foods can be a great help.
