One must not be concerned if one cannot maintain the image for a long period of time when it is replaced by other thoughts but must calmly bring it back into focus when one can.
It is best to allow the mind to wander and then try picturing something and keeping it in the mind's eye. This may seem difficult to do at first as the picture may be replaced by another image or thought. It is advisable to keep trying to return to the picture that one is imagining but not to fight for it to stay there.
It is never too late to start. Playing this type of music helps do just that. Taking time out is essential to healthy living.
