The journey everyone is taking on is a gift and it needs to be nurtured. The challenges are normal and they are the ones that keep all standing still as for the lessons they bring in. However, not all have the ability to see life in its beauty. They settled on the other side where confusions and misery are all to see and enjoy.

The acceptance that every event in this journey is unpredictable and it depends on how you respond to it. This scenario is no healthy anymore. You need the touches of you friends and love ones. But, if no matter how you try none is happening then give your time to someone who can mend the broken you. Do not let the days pass because events may get worse.

You always fail and you always think of failure. Before, all you did are worthy of praises. But, its getting worse everyday in school or work. The concentration and your ability to beat the deadlines and pressure are no where to find. You think of nothing but failure. You try hard or even harder but you look forward of failing.

Seek the help of professionals. You can save yourself from these mire and you can stand in your own again. All you need to do is get the right help from a compassionate one. Make one on one session and see for yourself the difference within you.
