I was just having a skype conversation (several actually) about all kinds of things... I will get to the juicy bits in a second.

Lets talk about the past few weeks.My 35 birthday passed

Had Sisi and I's first wedding anniversary heart emoticon

Traveled over 5000 miles. We moved/drove from our home in South lake Tahoe CA to north carolina where we spent a week or 2 visiting our old friends which was amazing.

Then drove to Florida before moving the whole family (wife and 2 dogs, Lucas and Milo) to the Virgin Islands.

First we were one week on St. Thomas. Then about 2 months on St. Croix.

Now, TODAY, we are in Puerto Rico right now where we just had a good tasty fresh pastry from the world famous Kasalta Bakery where Obama ate when he came here.

NOw to today.

Today, presented 2 webinars and 3 private consulting/coaching calls with clients, responded to about 50 skype messages, support tickets, private messages and emails. Helped put finished touches on a NEW product that will be added to the members area of my main membership site... AND processed about half a dozen orders for my wife and I's ecommerce webstore.

Now this may seem like not much for one day to you... but why this is even more fascinating is....

MY WIFE AND I ARE BOTH AWFULLY SICK!!!!

Maybe we drank the water (not sure if that applies to Puerto Rico. Most say it is ok. But we still have been filtering it anyway), maybe we got bit by something. Maybe food poisoning?

I have no clue.

But we both have massive headaches (which is sooooo very strange for me since I probably have not had a headache in like 5 years), cold chills, hot spells, nausea, small fever... and I wont get to descriptive on the tummy bubbly rumbles... but you get the idea.

This brings me to the conversation I was having on skype....

Someone asked for a refund on one of my $5 products (which is being phased out).... then immediately asked me how much for coaching.

Yeah... there is more to the story... but how can you not laugh at that a little bit?

It is kind of the epitome of the typical mentality in this business, which is...

Most want the results you have, but are not willing to do what you did to get it.

Everyone wants results yesterday. Everyone is looking for that "instant" push button solution to solve all of their problems... but don't actually want to do anything for it at all.

I told this person that I have a rule that is automatically setup in my system to automatically block, ban and put on my blacklist anyone who refunds anything under $9.

YES! This sounds harsh. I get that. Just has been my experience of my stent of bringing my business over to the warriorforum that the same person who will refund a $5 product that has the ability to change their life forever, will go out and spend $4 on an 11.2 oz redbull or $7 on a Venti Frap - no whip and never think anything about it. But will take the hours out of the day to create a support ticket, send 3 emails, 2 private messages on the forum, 6 posts on the thread and a skype message to get their $5 back on a course that have made many dozens 4-5 figures in less than 30 days....

Just is not taking their business seriously. Any one who runs a business always sees in time vs value. Sure, I have bought many MANY crappy products. But I feel I am worth $500 an hour (and so should you. Your mind is the most profitable business tool you own). And if it is going to take me an hour to get my $5 back (or even $50), I see that as $495 LOST in time wasted.

Anyway, point is, I am not trying to be mean or rude, and I get there are unique situations that come up and warrant a refund. And that sure, I may lose some POSSIBLE good clients. But in the long run, if I have lose 5 good ones to ward off 100 bad ones... it is a risk that must be taken. If you refund a $5 product.... YOU ARE DEAD TO ME!!! lol

Point number 2: Are you currently WISHING for better results than you are currently getting, or are you meticulously crafting a plan, testing, tweaking, adjusting....

Getting up before everyone else?

Staying up while everyone else has gone to bed?

Passing up the party to perfect a new method of generating leads?

Showing up for clients when you know you should be bed-ridden?

If not... you gotta be asking yourself.. how bad do you really want it?

I'm sure you have been begging, hoping, wishing, praying for change.
