Get A Perfect Posture By Following These Guidelines

There are many things that slouching looks good on. You are not one of those things. Maybe it is hip to have a slouchy looking bag or slouchy boots, but a straight posture is what looks good on people.

I hope I have not offended you. I am just stating the facts. Sometimes you have to be blunt to get a person's attention. Well, I am not here to run you into the ground. I am actually attempting to help you. I have 3 very easy steps for you to start following that will straighten you up and make you more attractive.

I do want to take a moment to explain to you why you should want to improve your posture other than the simple fact of attraction.

You see, by slouching you neglect many muscles in your body. This leads to less flexibility and weakened muscles. All of this will eventually lead you to not being able to burn as many calories and you will not be able to keep yourself healthy and fit. So, I strongly encourage you to look below and start following my 3 simple steps to a perfect posture.

The first exercise is called the head forward. This is a very simple exercise. All you have to do is tilt your head downward pulling your chin in towards your sternum as far as comfortably possible. Now hold that position for about 5-10 seconds. You will want to repeat this about 10 times daily. This will fix the problem of having stiff muscles in the back of your neck.

Once you have gotten into the routine of this, you should move on to what we call rounded shoulders. This is yet another simple and effective exercise to fix your posture. It involves the muscle that spans across your back in between your shoulder blades. Lie on the floor face down with your arms at a 90 degree angle straight out from your body. Now lift your arms up several inches, squeezing your shoulder blades together. You should hold for 5 seconds. This is one rep. Do 10 sets daily of three reps.

The other exercise is a little more uncomfortable, but very effective. It is called the pelvic tilt. You start off by kneeling on your right knee. This will put that knee on the floor under you, and your left foot out in front flat on the ground. Now you will tense up your right but muscle and push forward until you feel a slight stretching sensation. Reach up with your right hand and to your left. Hold for 30 seconds and release. This should be done at least 3-5 time per day.
